been done by Operation Catnip, anesthesia reversal, then the cat is
picked back up by whomever dropped it off. They loan out humane traps.

returned to borrower when trap is returned.

Male Cat Neuter: $30. Vaccines, tests, deworming, flea prevention and
heartworm prevention are also available. There is no office visit charge.
Animals can be spayed or neutered as young as 10 weeks and up, and can be
spayed even if pregnant or in heat for an additional $10 (this is because
the surgery takes longer to complete).

old. Their only requirement is that the animal be current on rabies

More than 35 veterinarians participate by accepting Tidewater Humane
certificates for low-cost S/N assistance. You fill out an application
and then purchase the certificate from Tidewater. Male cat $30,
Female cat $35, Male dog $40, Female dog $45. (Vaccinations must be
up to date) Dogs over 50 pounds will cost an additional fee.
Vaccinations may be purchased from the participating veterinarian
at the time of surgery.

Offers low-cost spaying and neutering services to the public, using the
SNIP Mobile Clinic owned by PETA. The clinic is approved by the State
Veterinarian and is as safe as any other veterinary clinic. Occasionally
does special offers in low-income areas. Prices for the general public:
Female Dog Spay: $50, Male Dog Neuter: $40, Female Cat Spay: $40,
Male Cat Neuter: $30. Vaccines, tests, deworming, flea prevention and
heartworm prevention are also available. There is no office visit
charge. Animals can be spayed or neutered as young as 10 weeks and up,
and can be spayed even if pregnant or in heat for an additional $10
(because the surgery takes longer to complete).

TNR & low cost spay/neuter program dealing only with ferals
who will be re-released and will not be placed/adopted. They do s/n,
rabies/distemper, and one-time leukemia booster (the leukemia is not
done if their funds are low), antibiotics, and Ivermectin. They clean
the ears and any visible wounds, take care of hair matting, crop one
ear so that it is evident that the animal has been done by Operation
Catnip, anesthesia reversal, then the cat is picked back up by whomever
dropped it off. They loan out humane traps. Deposit of $50.00, which is
never deposited in their account and is returned to borrower when trap
is returned.
